Our stay was filled with unexpected joy, especially when the staff surprised me with a birthday celebration, complete with champagne and chocolates. The stunning view from our room was a cherry on the top.
However, the air conditioning in our suite struggled to keep up in the heat, and the breakfast options could use some variety. It felt disappointing after such a lovely start.

I had a fantastic stay with an amazing view from my Deluxe Double Room with Park view, and I couldn't believe how close I was to the beautiful Undine Brunnen, just a short stroll of about 500 meters away, and the charming Parish Church St Stephan, which was only 400 meters from my hotel, making my daily walks an absolute delight.
